It hass been a while since I posted a blog. This is mostly because I was starting to see it as an annoying chore I had to do rather than something I actually wanted to do. As a result volume and length of posts will decrease. Maybe... once a week?

Anyway, what have I been up to over the past week? Well its officially been one month since I started HRT. Not more than an arbitrary milestone, but getting a refill confronted me with the reality of empty prescription bottles. I'll have a lot over the coming months and years, and I'll have to figure out what to do with them. Recycling them isn't easy. May have to drive to the next city over to take them to a recycling center to do that. They do have some uses so I'll definitely hang on to some of them. The only thing I don't want to do is throw them in the trash. Thats gonna be a lot of plastic pile up.

Also have seen a pair of excellent movies over the weekend. Both Academy Award winners as of last night: The Substance, and Conclave. I intend on writing an essay on each for this website in the critical essays section; so more complete thoughts will show up there in the coming days. Long story short, both are excellent, and their respective wins (Makeup and hairstyling for The Substance and Screenwriting for Conclave) are well deserved. The Academy Award results overall were unremarkable. Nothing really surprised me, or even disappointed me. Well Demi Moore not being awarded for The Substance was slightly disappointing, but I didn't see Anora so maybe Mikey Madison really did a stellar job.

I'm also moving this month. Should have a new address sometime next week. Then I have till April 1st to move. So that's going to be... annoying... and expensive. Ah well These things happen. What are you gonna do. Like taxes. Which I did over the weekend too. Wound up owing cause the last job I worked for didn't withhold the proper ammounts so that sucks. Yup my week has been a normal one.
